Result

Y Meadows got 305+ qualified meetings in year one

Client-reported.

  • 20%

of qualified meetings became discovery calls

  • 60+

    sales opportunities from the community

  • $300

cost per lead across the engagement

Who it's for

A community fits when all three are true

  • Your buyers share one job title

And there are enough of them on LinkedIn or in lists you already have.

  • One relationship is worth a lot

It takes months to win a buyer's trust, so each one is worth careful recruiting and follow-up.

  • Your founder wants to learn from these buyers

    Not only sell to them.

Not a fit for consumer products, low‑cost self‑serve tools, or anyone who needs leads next week.

Step by step

You open each session. We do the rest

Your first session runs five to seven weeks after signing.

  1. Step 1: Weeks 1 to 2

We agree on your buyer role

    • We size the role on LinkedIn and in your lists.

You help define the role on one call.

  2. Step 2: Weeks 2 to 5

We invite your buyers under your brand

    • Your Connection Chemist writes the invitations, recruits the participants, answers every reply and sends the reminders.

You approve the invitations before they go out.

  3. Step 3: Weeks 5 to 7

Your buyers meet for the first time

    • We design it around a question your buyers care about.
    • Paul runs the conversation and the breakout rooms.

You open the session and welcome the participants.

Recorded during a live Bridgio session online. Participant names removed.
    Inside a session
    1. After your welcome, we ask one question, and everyone answers in the chat.
    2. Participants split into breakout rooms of three or four, grouped by company size and the questions they sent in.
    3. The room comes back together to share what came up.
    4. Participants choose who they'd like to stay connected with, and we follow up.

No other vendors join. The community is built for your company, so yours is the only company in the room with something to sell.

  4. Step 4: After your first session

Your first calls land within 30 days

    • We spot who is ready for a call, write the follow-ups on your company's behalf and put the calls in your calendar.
    • We keep you updated in a shared tracker.

You take the calls you want.

Price

Priced for your audience

The price depends on how hard your buyers are to recruit and how many communities you run. We set it on the free call.

  • All included

One price covers every step above.

  • Month to month

    No annual contract.

  • Yours alone

No competitor gets a community for the same buyers while you're a client.

  • Start with one

Add communities for other roles once the first one works. Centercode reports it now runs four.

Roadmap

Your community grows quarter by quarter

Questions before you book

How is a session different from a webinar?

A webinar is one person talking to many. Here, peers who do the same job talk with each other, with no slides and no presenter.

How is a community different from a networking group?

It's a private community of your buyers, under your company's brand. We run it on your behalf, and you decide who belongs and which relationships to continue.

What if my buyers aren't on LinkedIn?

We can work from email lists you already have. If your buyers are not on LinkedIn and you have no list, a community will not work yet.

Will you work with my competitors?

Not for the same buyers. While you're a client, Bridgio won't build a community for a competitor aimed at them. Every participant is checked against your buyer profile, and there are no notetakers in the session, so the conversation stays candid.

How soon will I meet buyers?

The first session runs five to seven weeks after you sign. One-to-one calls follow within 30 days of it.
