What is collected
- Server request logs: IP address, page, time, user-agent string.
- Google Analytics 4 on www.bridgio.io: page views, navigation, consultation clicks and completed bookings.
What is never collected
- No contact form. The only place to type your details is the booking calendar, which Calendly runs.
- No advertising or social pixels, no retargeting, no fingerprinting.
- No profiles built about you, and no data sold or traded.
- No email newsletter, so no address is collected for one.
Services that can receive data
Each is a separate company with its own privacy policy. The cover images and video stills on the podcast page are served from this site, so nothing is requested from YouTube or Apple until you press play.
- Calendly : Your name, your email address, and any answers you give, to Calendly and to Bridgio. Only if you book.
- YouTube and Apple Podcasts : Your IP address and whatever their own player sets. The player loads from youtube-nocookie.com or from Apple. Only once you press play.
- Fontshare, and Google Fonts on the two printable guides : The IP address the font request came from: api.fontshare.com and cdn.fontshare.com on every page, fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com on the two printable guides. Every page load.
- Google Analytics : page views, navigation, browser and device information, and booking interaction events. On www.bridgio.io; staging and preview hosts do not load it.
- Email and phone : Whatever you write or say. Only if you contact us.
How long anything is kept
Server logs are kept short-term for operations and security. Booking records and email correspondence are kept for as long as there is a business reason to keep them, and are deleted on request.
Having your details removed
Email paul@bridgio.io and ask. That covers booking records and correspondence. Requests are handled by a person, not a form.
Changes
This page describes the site as built. If the site starts collecting something it does not collect today (a form, an analytics container, an embedded video), this page changes in the same release.
